The invitation link to register as a dashboard manager/member you sent me does not work. Why?

Ensure that you have logged into OpenAIRE first using your institutional account via eduGAIN. In the rare case that your institution does not support AAI via eduGAIN you can use some of the other options (eg. login via ORCID) or create an account at OpenAIRE with your institutional email at OpenAIRE. Since you are signed in, you can click on the activation link in the email you received. The link does not work if the invitation email and your institutional email or the one with which you created your OpenAIRE account differ. In that case, please email support to identify and address the issue and if needed send you a new link to the proper email address.
