Can I downgrade to a lower service package with fewer features and lower cost?

This depends on the subscription duration: 

  • 1-year subscriptions: No downgrades are allowed during the active subscription period. 

  • At the end of the subscription: Yes, downgrades are possible after the current subscription ends, but you must notify us 45 days prior to expiration to sign a new agreement. 

  • 3-year subscriptions: Yes, downgrades are allowed at the end of a year, but this requires terminating the original agreement and signing a new one.
