What happens if the subscription is not updated after the designated retention period?

If the subscription is not renewed or updated after the retention period, OpenAIRE reserves the right to permanently delete all data from its servers. However, if you decide to cancel your subscription, OpenAIRE can provide you, upon request and within a 90-day period, with a copy of your data before deletion.
