Note: OpenAIRE offers trials in a staging environment before the official start date, with durations depending on the specific service.

Subscribing organisations must provide all necessary information to the OpenAIRE team within the specified timeframe. OpenAIRE is not responsible for delays caused by third parties involved in the service. The original period will still apply.
In case of technical issues or unexpected events caused by OpenAIRE, the Subscribing organisation will be informed, and OpenAIRE will take responsibility by extending the preparation period, up to a maximum of 45 days.
