Who owns the data uploaded to OpenAIRE services like CONNECT Gateway, MONITOR Dashboard, or ARGOS OpenDMP?

The users of subscribing organizations retain full ownership of all data uploaded, processed, and managed within OpenAIRE services. OpenAIRE does not claim any ownership of the subscriber's data.
