Publishing DMPs

• Is it possible to publish DMPs and other research plans in different repositories (so not Zenodo)?
• Do you know that Zenodo has empty DMPs and other research plans from ARGOS?
• Once I upload a final version of a DMP and other research plans to Zenodo, do I need to update this first final version from Zenodo or from Argos?
